Norwegian Air challenged us to produce a mobile and social campaign highlighting key destinations across their network. We went beyond the norm by producing an advertising industry first – a totally sound-based campaign. ‘Sounds of a City’ explored iconic destinations through the soundscapes that make them special.
Living on Norwegian’s Instagram and Facebook pages – followed collectively by 1.5 million people – the campaign brought unique urban symphonies to viewers, featuring the familiar sounds and distinct voices you may hear when you’re out and about. The first in the series is set in NYC, and features a diverse cast of characters, including drag queen Flower Tortilla and Jake Dell, owner of the legendary Katz’s Deli
